Monique Macnamara has been the NFT Recording Secretary since 2017 and has co-chaired the Committee for Supporting Public Education since 2018. Monique earned her Bachelor's degree from Penn State University, her Master's degree from the University of Virginia and has been an elementary educator for 15 years. She takes pride in protecting the rights of workers, organizing union members to support pro-public education candidates and issues, and lobbying for student and educator resources. Monique enjoys spending time with her family, working closely with local dog rescues and is an avid Philly sports fan.
