The NFT’s Committee to Support Public Education seeks to support political candidates who align with our values as educators and working people, as well as educate and organize our members around issues that directly affect the work we do daily in our classrooms and professional spaces.

The NFT’s Committee to Support Public Education (CSPE) is proud to endorse the below candidates. These candidates all reached out asking for the NFT’s endorsement and filled out a questionnaire that was then reviewed by the CSPE. Endorsement recommendations are forwarded to the NFT Executive Board, needing a ⅔ majority vote to receive the endorsement. If you would like to be a part of the CSPE and these endorsement decisions in the future, please send an email to the office.
